Yes, we ship our luxury collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your location and the weight of the package, which are calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to deliver a Bridal or Couture order?
Since our Bridal and Couture pieces are meticulously handcrafted, they typically require 8 to 12 weeks for production and delivery. Ready-to-wear items are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for ready-to-wear items within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and has all tags attached. Please note that customized orders and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I customize the size or color of an outfit?
Customization is available for our Formal and Bridal collections. You can provide your specific measurements and color preferences through our 'Custom Size' option on the product page or by contacting our fashion consultants.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.
